Hello. My name is Izzy. I am 11 years old and I am going to a school in America called St Kevin. I used to live in the uk but my mum got a job in America so we moved in here. First day I went to the school Mr. Harrison(who is our teacher)said”This is one of our new comers! The other one is……how should I say it…..SPECIAL. That made me feel bad because that could mean that the SPECIAL person is a disabled person.
5 Minutes later….
Mr.Harrison sat up and said”This is our SPECIAL person”now I have seen why Mr.Harrison said”SPECIAL person” IT WAS A MONSTER!!!!! It has one eye in the middle of his face and two of them sticking out like a snails, his mouth FIVE TIMES BIGGER THAN OURS and he had an yellow and purple striped fur all over him. When we seen him we all screamed and then his mouth was two times smaller than ours(it was freaking me out). When Mr.Harrison seen us screaming he said”Calm down class! He is our SPECIAL person, his name is Leesh. Did I said it right?” and then Leesh said”Yes sir!”he has a deep voice. Mr.Harrison then said “Who wants to show Izzy and Leesh our school” then a boy called Mikey said”I will do it!”
After school….
While Mikey showed us the school me and Leesh talked to each other and now we are friends, he even invited me to his house!!! I went to his home carring some flowers named snapdragon they looked something like this:
They are called snapdragon flowers and Leesh said that his auntie is a dragon, so I thought this flowers will remind him of her. I arrived at his house and then stepped on the welcome mat. I was goin to ring the doorbell when the mat got longer and grew a mouth and then I realized, it wasn’t a welcome mat it was a monster mat. I stepped aside and then I tried to ring doorbell but when I touched it it kind of bit me(I even think it took some of my blood). After that I heard Leesh’s voice saying “Come in, Izzy” I think the doorbell took some of my DNA so that they know who I am. I opened the door carefully it seemed normal but then it sucked me in.
I was inside the house it was actually much brighter inside the house even tough it was 32 degrees outside and there where no clouds on the sky. I saw Leesh, I went to him and gave him the flowers and told him”They are called snapdragons, to remind you of your auntie! I smiled then he started sobbing then I asked”why are you crying?” he then said “B..B..Because my auntie died!” then I quickly said”Did I said snapdragon?I meant to say snapmonster, by the way where is the toilet?” he said “up the stairs and the first room to the right.” I went up the stairs, every step was like a sword in my leg I was near the top when Leesh said”Sorry for the house, it sharpens its teeth when it meets someone new.” and then I asked in pain “And where are its teeth?” then he said”You’re standing on it!” of course, now that I think about it, all of the stairs look like teeth!!! I entered the bath, I tried to sit on the toilet when……it bit me and ten rudely burped!!! I tried to at least wash my hands but when I was at the sink it sneezed water al over me! I just ran down the stairs didn’t care about the pain and went through the front door. There was only one thing that I told my parents when I came home”I want to go back to the UK!”
